In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation in effect for European citizens since 25 May 2018, and a number of similar laws passed and coming in various states, Charlene Pyskoty strives to comply with reasonable and required policies for protecting volunteers' and donors' personal information.

Privacy Policy and Campaign Use of Your Personal Data

When you volunteer to work on the Charlene4BernCo campaign, and/or when you donate to the campaign, you are giving certain information to Charlene Pyskoty and her campaign staff / consultants in order to enable a variety of campaign functions.  All sensitive personal information is safeguarded to the best of our ability. Your personal data is not monetized (shared or sold) to any 3rd party merchants, candidates, or service providers.  

We may use your information in any of the following ways:

  • to remind you to register to vote

  • to provide voter locations

  • to contact you as federal election laws may direct us to

  • to respond to questions on issues of importance to Bernalillo County

  • to notify you of upcoming campaign events

  • to notify you of any important changes to this website

  • to solicit campaign donations

You have the right to request that we remove all data pertaining to you including name, email address, donations. Contact the campaign at Charlene4BernCo@mail.com

Gathered Information 

 

As a volunteer, your name, email address, your phone number and other preference personal data are collected and processed by 123FormBuilder.com, hosted on Amazon Web Services, and forwarded to a Charlene4BernCo.com campaign server when you use the Get Involved form to contact the campaign.  For more information on how 123FormBuilder.com protects your data, email gdpr@123formbuilder.com or read 123formbuilder.com/gdpr-compliance/  

As a donor, your personal data, including mailing address, occupation, employer, and payment information is collected under Federal Elections Commission regulations and processed by ActBlue.com. The payment is then forwarded to or accessible to the Charlene Pyskoty campaign. Records of your political contributions are maintained according to New Mexico and federal law. About Browser / Analytic Cookies

​This website's sitemap may have been submitted to Google Search Console for site ranking purposes in Google's search engine. Google uses computer code called cookies which can ascertain your general location, computer IP address, and type of device used (desktop / laptop / cell phone / tablet) for the purpose of tracking internet use by the general public. However, that information is not monitored by Charlene Pyskoty, nor by this website's host, Wix. Your browser  -- whether Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla FireFox, Microsoft Edge, etc -- may track your browsing history.
